IMPERIAL

The Imperial system with enhanced thermal insulation (IP i, IP i+) is designed for the construction of windows, doors, and storefront systems with excellent thermal performance.

High thermal insulation parameters are achieved through the use of special thermal inserts placed between the thermal breaks and around the glazing.

A wide range of system profiles ensures the required aesthetics and structural durability of the construction.

The system also allows installation of windows within façade systems.

The shape of the profiles is adapted for the installation of various types of perimeter hardware, including concealed hinges and PVC hardware systems.

A wide glazing range allows the use of single, double, acoustic, or burglar-resistant glass units.

Profile drainage is available in two options: traditional or concealed.

The system is designed for use in residential buildings as well as public and commercial buildings, enabling the design of modern window constructions in various configurations.

The structure of the IP i and IP i+ systems is based on the well-known, expanded, and proven Imperial base system.

A wide range of colors is available:
RAL palette (Qualicoat 1518), structural colors, wood-effect finishes (Aliplast Wood Colour Effect – Qualideco PL-0001), anodized finishes (Qualanod 1808), and bicolor options.

IMPERIAL 800

A three-chamber door system with thermal insulation, designed for constructing doors with excellent thermal performance.

The system is compatible with the Imperial system – thanks to special adaptation profiles, IP800 constructions can be integrated into Imperial storefront systems.

The system offers very good anti-burglary properties, as the lock is positioned far from the external side of the door.

It is possible to install a thermally insulated threshold, which can be removed after the door has been installed in the opening.

The system includes a finger protection solution (anti-finger system) to prevent accidental finger trapping.

Profiles can also be bent to create curved constructions (detailed specifications and technical parameters for profile bending are available in the authorized section at www.aliplast.pl).

The system is available in two versions: IP800i and IP800i+.
Improved thermal insulation is achieved by using special thermal inserts placed between thermal breaks and around the glazing, improving the thermal performance of the section by 0.2–0.5 W/m²K.
